If you plan to transfer a gift of stock to our organization, please fill out our notification form, so we can alert our broker. Our brokerage account information can be found in this form.

If you hold securities in certficate form:

Send us your gift by mail: Include a signed stock power form for each certificate. You may obtain this form from your brokerage or bank.

Deliver your stock certificate in person: Call us at 858-678-7120 to arrange a time.
